2-piece modular building with pitched roof

API Trailers’ was contracted by Avila Construction to design, manufacture and construct two 28×42 modular buildings, to be used by the US Forest Service at Rock Creek, near Mammoth. These modular buildings will house fire fighters for the US Forest Service. The two modular building were built in API’s manufacturing facility in Santa Maria and transported, set up and finished on site at Rock Creek, CA. Due to height and width constrictions, the pitched roofs of the units had to be transported separately and assembled on site.

API custom built cabin trailer

The Santa Barbara County Parks Department granted API the contract to build 11 new park cabins for Jalama Beach and Cachuma Lake. These beautiful and fully equipped cabins sleep 4 to 6 people and are available for rent year round. For more information check the Santa Barbara County Parks Department’s web site www.countyofsb.org/parks
